Full name is continuous forced external circulation vacuum
evaporator
Uses: It is specially used for the continuous low temperature
vacuum concentration of high viscosity materials such as jams
(ketchup, mango syrup, peach sauce, apricot jam, strawberry jam,
chili sauce, etc.), pulpy beverages, syrup, edible gum, etc. The
tomato paste can be concentrated from 4.5-5.5% Brix to 28-30% Brix,
30-32% Brix or 36-38% Brix according to customer requirements.
Product specifications: 300 ~ 35000L / hour (according to the
amount of evaporated water).
Working principle: The main structure is made of high-quality
stainless steel; it consists of tube heater, vacuum evaporation
chamber, multi-stage condenser, pump (material circulation pump /
inlet / outlet pump / vacuum pump / water pump), automatic PLC
control system, related valve group It consists of testing
instruments, operating platform and other components. It has the
advantages of compact structure, stable operation, high production
efficiency and energy saving.
This set of continuous forced external circulation vacuum
concentration pot is designed according to the evaporation
principle of food materials, based on the Italian technology
through our company's technical updates and technical upgrades, and
the compulsory circulation vacuum concentration and evaporation
equipment designed in conjunction with the fruit jam production
line . The equipment has reasonable design, compact layout and
structure, small footprint, high concentration efficiency, low
power, steam and cooling water consumption, and excellent material
selection. Pipes that contact the material are made of SUS304
stainless steel.
It is suitable for the concentration of jams (tomato paste / peach
paste / apricot paste / strawberry paste / chili paste, etc.),
syrup and other high viscosity materials. The principle is that
under the vacuum state, continuous low-temperature circulating
heating makes the material boil at low temperature to evaporate
water, thereby protecting the nutrients in the material and the
original taste.

flow rate, fast evaporation, low evaporation temperature, and can

3. Continuous feed and discharge of materials, material liquid
level and final product discharge concentration can be

4. The condensed water can be effectively recovered into the steam
boiler and reused again;

6. Fully automatic PLC control, each control point can be
self-tested, using advanced pressure sensing detection technology,
the liquid level control accuracy reaches 1mm. The information
